Every person has a different level of tolerance to stress and this session will help you determine how much stress makes your life enjoyable, and how much stress causes you difficulties. Too many wonderful opportunities can be just as stressful and piles of work on your desk. We will discuss some tools to be of help in recognizing and dealing with stress in ourselves and others. |
