This course helps the participant to become an expert in the use of English in the various areas of tourism where English plays an important role. It looks at the role of the travel agent, the tour operator, the hotel and transportation companies with reference to their English language requirements. The instructor, Dr. Candy Fresacher, is the only teacher in Austria with an instructor's diploma for a 5-month course to prepare for the official IATA test.
